JJ was great to work with. We wanted to sell our house as-is and minimize hassle during a very busy time (which in addition, was during the first wave of covid and we also had a new puppy and cats). Closing date was flexible and we were able to stay in the house for a period of time after closing, which was really helpful to us in our moving process. JJ was friendly, responsive to our questions and straight forward to deal with.

The agents were awesome, friendly and professional. We had to leave the house in disarray as my husband took ill just a few weeks before we moved.
