“offered the best number!! With NO renovations, updates or staging!!”

We had 2 other offers that didn’t go through. Realtors were suggesting to take time , do renos/updates, have it staged and we might get mid/high 800k -900k. Spoke with Michael, as he was in touch at the same time I gave him the numbers and he offered the best number!! With NO renovations, updates or staging!! Anything unwanted could be left without charge as cleanup crew would be there with a bin to remove everything while renovating. Michael always asked if there was anything more he could do to help. Advised us to call, call email or text, if we had any concerns questions or needed help. Everything on his end went very smoothly and the offer is finalized!!!!

I am very happy with Michael’s service. I am a senior. I cannot handle the house-hold work like before. I need to down-size my living area. Michael gave me very valuable advice. Though the price offered was slightly below my expectation. However, the house was sold in “as-is” condition. I don’t need to worry about house-staging, open-house, etc. Putting everything into consideration, I think the offer was reasonable. I would rate Michael with the highest score and highly recommend him to anyone that wants to sell their houses.

The process was incredibly easy

We used gtahousebuyers to sell our property in the GTA, St. Clair & Warden area. We met with Michael for the first time at our property. He inspected the property (which needed extensive renovations), and within an hour offered us a fair price; we signed the offer to purchase that day; and the transaction to sell our house was completed that afternoon. The tenant had left the place in such disrepair that we needed to gut the place and completely redo every room including all doors that were damaged, all flooring, kitchen cupboards and entry doors.
