About the Role: Inside Sales Representative
As our Inside Sales Rep, you’re the first voice a homeowner hears. Your job isn’t to pitch – it’s to listen, qualify, and guide. You’ll work inbound leads, build relationships with people in difficult situations, and hand off qualified opportunities to our Home Buying Specialists.
You don’t need a real estate license. You do need to be genuinely good with people.
What you’ll be doing:
- Converting inbound leads into booked appointments through real conversation
- Qualifying homeowners with care and attention to their specific situation
- Managing consistent follow-up across a lead pipeline
- Researching property values and gathering relevant deal data
- Keeping clean records in our CRM and coordinating next steps with acquisitions
- Showing up for team training and actually applying what you learn
What You’ll Get
- Base salary ($45k) + uncapped commission + bonuses
- First-year earnings of $65K–$75K+ (with clear path to $100K+ as you grow)

- You’re organized and consistent, not just energetic
- You’ve had success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any role where you had to earn trust fast

- You don’t wait to be told – you figure it out and move
- You can work a full-time schedule that includes 2 weekday evenings and one weekend day
You are not right for this role if you need a lot of hand-holding, prefer talking over listening.
