A dynamic & growing real estate company is looking to hire and train a resourceful and capable person. We need a full-time Executive Assistant/Office Admin. We are based in Canada and looking to hire someone in the Philippines to work remotely.

At GTA House Buyers, you will:
-We buy, fix and sell houses. There are many moving parts when we’re flipping houses and you can help out. Legal documents, research trades, close/open utilities accounts.
-Assist with Property Management for our small portfolio of rental properties. Accurately complete forms for agreements or communication with tenants. Help advertise vacancies online.
-Reduce our work-load. Do more of what we do. Be willing to do a diversity of random tasks.
-Assist with basic SEO and social media tasks.
-Analyze properties and research MLS comparable sales for properties we buy
-Be challenged to grow and think outside the box
-Be asked for your opinion on how to improve the business

NOTE: We are a small company and you will be doing a WIDE VARIETY of things. Your roles and responsibilities will change over time as we grow.
