Compensation: $150k+++ (Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses)

Your Role: 

  • Engage with Home Sellers: Conduct in-person and virtual appointments, ensuring a seamless, stress-free selling experience while identifying opportunities for higher-value deals. 
  • Qualify Seller Leads: Manage inbound calls, assess seller motivation, and match their needs to our solutions, quickly closing deals with precision. 
  • Research & Evaluate: Analyze property values and seller situations to make compelling, tailored offers. 
  • Maximize Earnings: Hit—and exceed—sales targets by meeting sellers’ needs efficiently and effectively, translating into bigger commissions for you. 
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Leverage our CRM to track leads, follow up, and close deals with strategic and organized precision. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Location: Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area. 
  • Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales with a track record of smashing targets and maximizing earnings. 
  • Skills: Stellar communication and negotiation skills, with a competitive edge. You’re goal-driven, adaptable, and relentless in the pursuit of success.

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Base Salary: $55,000 per year 
  • Additional Pay: *uncapped* commissions & additional bonuses 
  • Benefits: Car allowance, dental care, extended health care, life insurance, paid time off, vision care. 
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends to close more deals.
