Job Title: Executive Assistant 

Location: Hybrid Remote, with the in-person requirements in North York 
Schedule: Full-time 

Compensation: Salary range $60,000-$70,000 plus benefits

Our fast-paced environment requires a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help drive efficiency across our operations. 

Role Overview 

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in reducing the CEO’s workload, managing key administrative and operational tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. You will take on a wide variety of responsibilities, from handling executive communications to overseeing special projects, property management tasks, and personal errands. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Executive Support: Manage the email, calendar, and scheduling including travel & itinerary arrangements. Help prioritize tasks and ensure follow-ups are handled efficiently. 
  • Task Management & Workflow Optimization: Work alongside the CEO to complete tasks faster and more effectively. Be willing to handle a diverse range of responsibilities. 
  • Delegation & Team Support: As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to delegate tasks by hiring a virtual assistant, local tradespeople, or freelancers. 
  • Process & Training Development: Create training materials, screen capture videos, checklists, and procedures to streamline operations and reduce errors. 
  • Real Estate & Property Management Support: Assist with renovation projects, property staging, and property management-related tasks (e.g., showings, collecting deposits). 
  • Administrative Duties: Handle mail, complete documents and forms, make phone calls, and provide general administrative support. 
  • Personal Errands: Run personal errands such as shopping, car maintenance, dry cleaning, and other miscellaneous tasks. 
  • Special Projects: Get involved in marketing, technology, operations, or other aspects of the company based on your interests and business needs. 

Who You Are: 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive 
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with various software tools 
  • Experience in executive assistance, administrative roles, or project management 
  • Access to a quiet remote work environment
