The tenant had left the place in such disrepair that we needed to gut the place and completely redo every room including all doors that were damaged, all flooring, kitchen cupboards and entry doors. Selling my friend’s house was not an easy task and JJ was very friendly and comfortable to work with. Josea was on top of everything and if I had questions she was quick to respond or find an answer. Just as an heads up, because of the way this company is set up, do not be alarmed when/if they change the “buyer”. It is an “internal thing” on their end and does work out in the end.
