The process was incredibly easy
We used gtahousebuyers to sell our property in the GTA, St. Clair & Warden area. We met with Michael for the first time at our property. He inspected the property (which needed extensive renovations), and within an hour offered us a fair price; we signed the offer to purchase that day; and the transaction to sell our house was completed that afternoon. We closed the sale a month later as we were given the choice of when to close using a real estate lawyer of our choosing. The process was incredibly easy. The tenant had left the place in such disrepair that we needed to gut the place and completely redo every room including all doors that were damaged, all flooring, kitchen cupboards and entry doors.
