The agents were awesome, friendly and professional. We had to leave a the house in disarray as my husband took ill just a few weeks before we moved. Additionally we were not in a position to make repairs or bring the house up to snuff for typical viewing by Real Estate agents, not to mention the hassle that it would be with a house full of dogs and cats. We got a very fair price and avoided the stress related to viewing. The closing date was very flexible.

JJ was great to work with. We wanted to sell our house as-is and minimize hassle during a very busy time (which in addition, was during the first wave of covid and we also had a new puppy and cats). Closing date was flexible and we were able to stay in the house for a period of time after closing, which was really helpful to us in our moving process.
