I had purchased my home at a very young age(19 years old), I had no idea what I was signing up for. Recently I decided to sell it but I didn’t want to go through the effort to work with a realtor or have to put money into the house in order to update it to sell it on the market… Upon doing some research online GTA HouseBuyers came up as an option to buy my house as is. I provided the required information and was offered a great amount for them to purchase the home. Upon agreeing and lots of understanding on their behalf I was in a house fire. Due to the damage that was done from the fire I was l very worried that I wouldn’t be able to sell it. I contacted Joadey the day after the fire and informed her of the situation she reassured me that we would work through it and still be able to sell my house. Not only was Joadey excellent with communication around the details of the sale of the house but she was extremely sensitive and personable. She made it clear that she was concerned about my well being, she was interested in me finding proper accommodations to move into, and was very great with negotiating a closing date that benefited me. Overall Joadey made this whole process smooth and continued to communicate with great patience and understanding. I would 100% recommend working with GTA House Buyers for any circumstance to purchase your house as is. If you’re blessed with communicating with Joadey know that you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about your well being. Her patience, caring and kind natured communication were all more appreciated than I can even begin to express. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know who is looking into selling their homes.
