I had purchased my home at a very young age(19 years old), I had no idea what I was signing up for. Recently I decided to sell it but I didn’t want to go through the effort to work with a realtor or have to put money into the house in order to update it to sell it on the market… Upon doing some research online GTA HouseBuyers came up as an option to buy my house as is.
