SALES — Homebuying Specialist — $150k+++ — WILL TRAIN

We work in the exciting world of house flipping and income properties. You’ll be working alongside a real estate investor who has been flipping and renting properties for almost 15 years.

GTA House Buyers is looking to hire and train a hungry, self-motivated outside salesperson to join our company. Young or old, if you’ve got the stuff, we want to work with you.

– Make a six-figure income. This is your opportunity to earn over $200k+++. $150k isn’t too difficult, if you are a high performer.

At GTA House Buyers, you will:
– Collect required information from sellers who submit information on web page
– Handle incoming seller calls and collect required information
– Contact seller leads, per CRM tasks, by any means necessary (phone, email and/or text, possibly door knock) to collect information to follow up on interest in selling home
– Maintain consistent lead follow-up to above sellers until the prospect sells, lists or decides not to sell
– Make outbound calls to find motivated sellers
– Contribute to marketingactivities
– Set appointments with motivated sellers
– Gather relevant information needed to analyze properties
– Go to seller properties to assess detailed needs of the sellers,assess value of the properties and to present customized offers
– Be challenged to reach your goals
– Be challenged to grow and think outside the box
– Record daily achievements to effectively improve future results
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for company growth

Logistics:
– You need to live in the Greater Toronto Area
– You need to have a vehicle
– You DO NOT need a real estate license (We don’t list houses for others. We buy houses for ourselves.)
– We will not ask about your medical history
