Executive Assistant – Real Estate Investing Industry – Will Train – $60-75k

We work in the exciting world of house flipping and income properties. You’ll be working alongside a real estate investor who has been flipping and renting properties for almost 15 years.

GTA House Buyers is looking to hire and train an ambitious, well-organized Executive Assistant to join our company.

Young or old, if you’ve got the stuff, we want to work with you.

At GTA House Buyers, you will:

We buy, fix and sell houses. There are many moving parts when we’re flipping houses and you can help out.

Property Management for our small portfolio of rental properties. Communicate and facilitate with tenants and trades people. Advertise and help fill vacancies.

Answer incoming calls. Help out where needed with our activities in buying and selling properties.

Help with hiring new team members and freelancers for graphic design, video editing, writing, etc.

Take ownership of special projects and run with them.

Provide administrative support to the team.

Be comfortable with technology. Help us implement new systems. Learn these systems and teach others how to use them.

Reduce our workload. Do more of what we do. Be willing to do a diversity of random tasks.

Update process documents, create training materials, screen capture videos, and procedures to train others and to help everyone do things correctly and reduce errors.
