When I think about dealing with GTA house-buyers, I can say this… they are courteous, knowledgeable & professional and you know who you are dealing with from their website… It’s all there. This entire experience has been pleasant from start to finish. From the start, Joadey makes one feel at ease and answers all questions. She made me an offer same day and worked to help minimize any surprises, offering a checklist of how the process will unfold and what tasks to complete going forward. Then Josea, worked her magic and within days had taken care of an inspection and secured an investor/buyer. Likewise, Myra did her part by completing the Deposit with my lawyer and setup a follow-up visit for the buyer/contractors. These ladies work well together, and they keep a person informed about what’s happening and when. For me, leaving items for removal & all the clean-up was a huge factor and they took care of all that too. On closing day, I was then pleasantly surprised to get an update that the remaining funds had transferred, as I had not even heard from my legal office at that point. And I even got a call from Joadey, [who I had originally dealt with] How nice was that !?! Overall, anyone looking to sell a property without the usual real estate hassles, should give gta house-buyers a call…. I feel it was worth it….
