A dynamic & growing real estate company is looking to hire and train a resourceful and capable person. We need a full-time Executive Assistant/Office Admin. We are based in Canada and looking to hire someone to work remotely.

At GTA House Buyers, you can:

At GTA House Buyers, you will:

– Follow our procedure to find comparable sales on MLS
– Assist filling legal documents, research trades, close/open utilities accounts and other tasks associated with real estate investing.

-Help maintain information in CRM and other applications & generate information for reports.

-Assist with Property Management for our small portfolio of rental properties. Accurately complete forms for agreements or communication with tenants. Help advertise vacancies online.

-Assist with marketing (example: co-ordinate direct mail campaigns, send marketing emails)

-Maintain lists and databases

-Maintain our websites post properties for sale, modify and edit blog posts

-Assist with basic SEO and social media tasks (example: publish pre-written blog posts)

-Post ads.

-Assist in documenting SOPs, checklists and FAQs.

-Assist in creating graphics, videos, etc.

-Reduce our work-load. Do more of what we do. Be willing to do a diversity of random tasks.
-Be challenged to grow and think outside the box.
-Be asked for your opinion on how to improve the business

-Work 40-50 hours per week

-Do some weekend work

NOTE: We are a small company and you will be doing a WIDE VARIETY of things. Your roles and responsibilities will change over time as we grow.
